NORTH HOUSE GALLERY WINTER SHOW

This year's winter selection has a loose theme of squares and circles and includes work by some old friends, namely Sam Cook, Nicola Maule and Patricia Price and some new finds, namely Serena Smith, and two new graduates from the Royal College of Art, ceramicist Louisa Taylor and silversmith Olivia Lowe. Also on sale, and perfect as unusual Christmas presents, are poetry collections from Ambit's Here from Elsewhere series by poets from abroad but who now live and write in this country. Their covers bear strong designs by painter Vanessa Jackson.
